Villa Veranos is a luxury vacation rental condo in Puerto Vallarta. It is located in prestigious Upper Conchas Chinas. Villa Veranos is a beautifully decorated, superbly maintained, quality residence that offers you a sense of luxury and privacy. This spacious air conditioned condo, has over 4500 sq ft of living space. It is on 3 levels. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ on 1500 sq ft terrace, TV, stereo CD player, and a full time staff to pamper you during your stay.
Villa Veranos has a magnificent open living room, dining room and bar area. This makes it an excellent choice for entertaining. Warm ocean breezes flow throughout the casa all day long and through the night.
Villa Veranos comes complete with a private heated swimming pool. The huge master suite has a Jacuzzi and a breathtaking view of the Bay of Banderas. In every bedroom you will wake up each morning to a truly breathtaking view. Only 6 units in this luxury complex. The building has an elevator but this condo/villa is on 3 levels.
Main floor includes, a newly remodeled kitchen, dining room (seats 8), full bath with walk-in shower. The bar area has stools for 4. The 90 foot terraza has a heated swimming pool and built in gas barbecue. The outdoor furniture is great for lounging and dining alfresco beside the pool. Also there are chaise lounges for sunning or napping.
The kitchen has granite countertops, stools for seating 4, large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, all the small appliances, dishes, glasses, pots and pans. There is everything you would need for cooking or entertaining.
Second floor consists of 2 master suites, each with private bathrooms. One has a jacuzzi and private office/seating area). The Master Suite of Villa Veranos at over 1,000 square feet, is spacious and luxurious.
The lowest floor is where the kiddies or a third couple or guest can be accommodated, if necessary. It has a pair of single beds (which can be combined into a king-size). It has it’s own private bath with huge walk-in shower. It also has its own private balcony overlooking the ocean.
