As of June 1, 2019 —
The den/TV room on the ground floor has been converted into a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There are now 8 bedrooms total in the villa. Additionally, the games room has been converted to add the den. There are now 2 futon sofas in that room which can sleep 2 additional guests. Villa Tesoro del Mar can now sleep 18 people.
