Direct on Los Muertos Beach in Puerto Vallarta, Condo Sam has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It is located in Old Towne, walking distance to downtown, shops, restaurants, etc. The only floor with locking gates and balconies. It is partially illuminated by the security lights on the beach at night. Also it is less noisy at night. Go to sleep while listening to the ocean.

You will be in the center of everything and you will never need to get in a taxi. The Malecon, beach, wonderful shopping and every type of restaurant you can imagine are all steps away. Go to the Farmers Markets on the weekend for a variety of home-made food and crafts.

Condo Sam is a nice contemporary condo decorated with local art. Sit on the balcony and watch people or the boats go by.

Condo Sam has a full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and everything else for cooking and entertaining. There is a kitchen bar with 2 stools for a quick meal or snack.

The living room is comfortable and has cable TV and CD player. There is a phone for local calls and high speed internet.

The master bedroom has a king bed, closet, TV, ensuite bath with tub and shower. Sliding doors open onto the balcony.

Guest bedroom comes with another king bed, closet and TV. The bath with shower opens off guest bedroom and living area.

Maid service is 6 days per week.
