The view from the condo is simply fantastic. You see the pools, the ocean and ships and boats passing by.
Air conditioning and ceiling fans are throughout Condo Patricia.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the appliances – fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans. Granite countertops in kitchen and kitchen bar with 2 stools for sitting.

Laundry room in hallway with washer and dryer.

Dining room table has 5 chairs but 1 more chair can be added from the balcony to seat 6.
Living room comes with 2 sofas and 2 chairs, flat screen with cable TV, WiFi internet.
Balcony comes with table and 4 chairs, 1 lounger, bar with 4 chairs, view to pools, restaurant and beach.
Master bedroom with king bed, flat screen with cable TV, alarm clock, large closet, ensuite bath with shower.
Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds, closet, adjoining bath with shower.
Both bathrooms have granite countertops.

Linens and towels supplied including beach towels.

This is a very large complex with elevators; 24 hour security guards; parking; poolside palapa beach bar; restaurant; gym; tennis courts; 4 large pools of which 2 end pools are heated in winter; ¼ mile of private beach. It is walking distance to Plaza Marina with supermarket, shops and boutiques. Also, it is walking distance to the Marina with its shops, restaurants, bars and art galleries. The complex is located next to the Marina golf course and by the airport. Bus or taxi service will take you to downtown Puerto Vallarta in 15 to 20 minutes.
