Condo Oro is a large 2 bed, 3 bath with TV den in the famous Zona Romantica. No highways to cross and on level ground. No need for a car if you do not want to have one. There is private underground parking. You can walk to the beach, shops and excellent restaurants easily within 5 minutes. The complex has a beautiful heated pool with Jacuzzi area and is very quiet. It is an extremely well maintained complex and pride of ownership by the residents is apparent.
Condo Oro is contemporary in nature, very well appointed with lovely art and furnishings. The views from the terrace make for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. You have a gas BBQ on the large terrace.

You have the full nightly firework show at your front door! Everything you would need it supplied, washer, dryer and beach towels. The maid comes in once a week.
