Located on Jacarandas Street, one block from Basilio Badillo, it is walking distance to the beach, shopping, art galleries and restaurants. There is a nicely maintained pool area for rest and relaxation if you prefer to stay at home. Pool is heated in winter.

Casa Lirios is a professionally decorated and well maintained condo. The living room is comfortable and has a large screen TV with Netflix and high speed Wifi. The living room opens onto the balcony with a city, bay and mountain view. There is a gas BBQ on the balcony. The dining room can seat up to 6. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and entertaining. There is even a wine storage rack area over the counter.
There is a small laundry area just off the kitchen with a stacked washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a double bed, closet, a/c and ensuite bath

The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds, a/c and closet. The second bath is just as you come into the condo.

It sleeps 4 in total. It is pet friendly – up to 2 small pets are allowed.

The building does NOT have an elevator. Casa Lirios is up 4 flights or 69 stairs from the street.
