Casa Daniel is a cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor condo in Zona Romantica of Puerto Vallarta. Accessible without steps, great for elderly and disabled people. The condo is big enough for a wheelchair. The doors are wide and the floor is even. The layout is open and the rooms are spacious. The condo has everything you need to cook or lounge on the beach. You live among the locals.

 

It is just a 7 block walk to the beach. There are plenty of inexpensive bars and restaurants in the neighborhood.
The little island of the Rio Cuale is one block away and can be accessed by a suspension bridge close to the condo. It leads all the way to the beach and connects to the walkway that leads to the Malecon and Los Muertos Beach. A very nice walk day and night.

 

There is a market right behind the condo which has fresh fruit, eggs, meat, seafood, fresh tacos and big jugs of water. A water truck drives down the street every day and you can hail it to give you a jug of water. There is a bus that runs right in front of the condo to downtown. Just hold out your hand and it will stop. It is just $10 pesos for the bus.
