Tres Vistas Villa is in Zona Romantica, Alta Vista area. It is a beautiful, 3 story, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath modern villa in Puerto Vallarta. Tres Vistas Villa is 5 years old and has with ocean and city view. Alta Vista is known for cobblestone streets, friendly locals and lots to do day and night. Shopping, galleries, restaurants and clubs are within 2 to 3 blocks away. It is an easy 6 block walk to Los Muertos Beach.

Located in the heart of Old Vallarta, Tres Vistas Villa boasts stunning views of the city and the ocean. The rooms are all roomy, clean, and private. The master has an amazing open shower and jacuzzi, double sinks and a huge walk-in closet.

The other bedrooms are well-appointed with comfy beds and great storage. There are large areas for group gatherings as well as plenty of places to sneak off for a little quiet time. The property is very large and easily sleeps 12 and could easily entertain a party of 100!

Within a short walk, one could find themselves under a palapa on the beach or at an amazing restaurant.
Tres Vistas Villa has a maid Monday through Saturday, off Sunday and Mexican Holidays. She will prepare a simple breakfast daily. You pay the actual cost of food and she will take care of the shopping and preparation. Additional meals can be arranged for an extra charge per day. Concierge services are available to help set up tours, do shopping, or make any necessary arrangements for spa services or to ensure you have a wonderful vacation.
