It is situated in the middle of Puerto Vallarta just 2 blocks from the main plaza. It is walking distance to virtually every shop, restaurant and attraction that Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Home of the Dolphins is perfect for parties of up to 4 people. Of course it is completely air-conditioned and has WiFi. The building is 4 stories and has both elevator and stairway access.
THE VIEW IS FABULOUS, looking south all the way down the coast to Cabo Corrientes and north all the way to Punta Mita, the northernmost point of Banderas Bay. The dolphins delight in swimming directly in front of your terraza every day (hence the name ‘Home Of The Dolphins’).
The custom designed kitchen is also a delight. It has UV filtered water, hand hewn granite countertops, handmade hardwood cabinetry, and a 6 burner gas stove. Of course, there is also a dishwasher, large side by side refrigerator and all the other amenities you would find in any fine kitchen.
There are 2 bedrooms each with its own separate bathroom. The bathrooms are all hand-crafted in marble. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have cable TV. BOTH BEDROOMS HAVE OCEANFRONT VIEWS, and the sunsets are truly amazing.
THE SWIMMING POOL is located on the roof of the building, just one floor above the condo. The water is always warm and the view from the pool is unforgettable. This condominium building has the only underground parking in the city center. Parking is secure and the building has 24 hour security personnel to serve you. There are also 2 laundry rooms in the building as well as a mini-gym. On the Malecon side is Vitea Bistro, one of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. You will be delighted for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is a truly 4 star restaurant with great margaritas!!!!!
